Designed a new flexible tool that helps global insurance companies to improve underwriting operations. My work entailed creating persona, user flow, wireframes & prototypes and working closely within sprints with leadership and developer’s teams.

A passion project that I started to simplify and improve home rental experience for people moving to new cities. I also wanted to push myself beyond limits to raise the bar on applying new research methods and answer challenging questions.

Transforming Slim Data Mapping Tool
Redesigned an outdated desktop application SDMT making the whole experience more intuitive for clients. Throughout production cycle worked to ship the newly refined application with added features. (NDA protected)
